Ceramic Braces - (Clear)
Ceramic braces offer a more aesthetic appeal in comparison to conventional metal braces due to their translucent appearance (clear). These braces are made from a hard ceramic material and won’t stain or discolor! Ceramic braces perform just as well as metal braces, which is why many of our patients are choosing this new clear option.
Clear Aligner Therapy
Clear aligners are the completely clear way to straighten your teeth! A series of clear aligner trays will be specifically created to fit your orthodontic needs. Aligners can be removed so you will have virtually no food restrictions, and most importantly, will be able to maintain good oral hygiene. Clear aligners are only available for patients with certain orthodontic bite problems, and only an orthodontist can properly determine if this system is right for you.
Lingual Braces
Having braces doesn't mean you have to have a "Metal Mouth”. Our office also uses INCOGNITO -lingual braces, which attach to the tongue side (backside) of your teeth. Lingual braces are custom-fit for your teeth and treatment plan, and each bracket is manufactured for each individual patient. These appliances are well-suited for adults, who may worry about the aesthetic nature of regular metal braces.
Self-Ligating Braces
The Self-Ligating braces are new generation of braces, are designed to improve the speed & efficacy of orthodontic tooth movement.
What is the difference between the regular braces and the Self-Ligating braces?
The self-ligation technique uses a lighter wire which also leads to less friction – which means a higher level of comfort for you! Self-ligating braces have faster treatment times because the wire is allowed to move within the bracket! Another added benefit is empower braces allow for patients to maintain good oral hygiene more easily, as the brackets are smaller and easier to keep clean.
