A U.A.E based technical and managerial centre of excellence for integrated electronic systems located at 7th Floor, Mazyed Mall, in Abu Dhabi. The office has a calm interior with minimalist furniture style and a fresh and innovative space. To divide between the work and waiting areas, we used high quality wall paper and roller shades to bring out the relaxing and comfortable feeling while working. The spacious and modern design reception area adds to the tranquillity.
Located at Mazyed Mall 8th Floor, Abu Dhabi, a leading national provider of information technology and integrated services in the U.A.E, is an office with bright, modern and comfortable design; it celebrates light with a gigantic front window, a central skylight and striking white walls, all contributing to inspiration with fluid and ultramodern lines as well as the combination of raw materials. The richness of high quality wall papers, beams and some partitions pay homage to this minimalist universe. In a streamlined and immaculate hall, vibrant colours are lightly brushed, fostering a playful ambiance. The ultra-shiny partitions with perforated motifs create a certain transparency. They evoke and echo the concept behind the overturn and re-invent the conventional world of work, stimulating creativity.

An office to communicate something to both its employees and clients was desired: “We think differently” To give form to this message, we created one of the most beautiful, playful and relaxing office environments in the world. The office space alone is just as fun as anything in the work environment, with warm marble floors, indirect lighting and an open space that promotes casual living and community.

Located in Dubai, this astonishingly modern office design has a slight homely atmosphere in the receiving area. With guests, clients and visitors coming in droves, the large spacious reception area was established to accommodate these people. The interior design needs to be functional, away from traditional formal approaches which we normally notice in other offices. A touch of black and brown coloured furniture completed the relatively cool atmosphere.

It seems so! Cool office spaces are designed to inspire employees and become a working space that people are happy to spend long periods of time in. It could be argued that any strategy that both inspires and encourages employees to feel happy and creative in their working environment leads to greater productivity, and less time hanging around.

It’s a sad truth, but most of us spend our work days in terribly uninspiring environments. The lighting, work stations and motivational posters may be soulless, but design sensibility often carries a premium that is slashed from the bottom line of Big Business. There are some progressive companies however, who push the envelope of design to provide their employees with a truly invigorating work environment.
