As a General & Family dentist, Dr. Shuaib works with children and adults in managing their oral health care as well as any issues relating to the health and function of the mouth and smile.

Dr. Shuaib specializes in many procedures that involve the treatment and repair of infected, broken and damaged teeth, gums and tissues. He has expertise in root canals, composite (white) fillings, aesthetic bonding and restorative procedures, porcelain crowns and bridges, dentures/partials, oral and maxillofacial procedures (i.e TMJ therapy, extractions and implants) and periodontal treatment therapy.

In the field of Cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Shuaib is no stranger to the newest technologies/techniques in making teeth look their best. He is an LVI dentist (less than 1% of dentists worldwide obtain this status), one of a select group of professionals with a specialization through the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies for Cosmetic Dentistry-USA. He also has experience in Lumineers, Porcelain Veneers, ZOOM Whitening and is certified in Invisalign Orthodontics (Clear Braces).

Dr. Ana is a caring dentist committed to providing excellent quality dentistry.

She is a member of the General Dental Council and British Dental Association in the UK and has worked in England for the past 6 years.

Dr. Ana originally graduated from the University of Lisbon in Portugal. Since then Dr. Ana has attended many postgraduate courses on topics such as aesthetics, restorative dentistry, periodontology, paediatric dentistry and oral surgery, in world-renowned institutions such as the Eastman Dental Institute and Kings College Hospital in London, among others.

After obtaining her Bachelor degree in Dental Surgery (B.D.S) in 2007 from the University of Aleppo in Aleppo city. Dr.Kato has trained at one of the most renowned  dental  centers in Syria, followed by opening her own dental practice

Dr. Kato always keeps up to date with the latest advances in dentistry and oral health.
Since graduation she has been following continuous educational programs and has obtained a clinical masters certificate in aesthetic and restorative dentistry accredited by University of The Pacific, U.S.A

Dr. Kato has decided to move back to the U.A.E in 2011, and since then and prior to joining ICDE she has been working at Clinica Joelle, working mainly in cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation.

Dr.Kato has been known to appear on a number of shows and programs on MBC1 channel, working on smile make-overs of contestants. 

Orthodontist

Dr Deepti is the Specialist Orthodontist at ICDE and has been in exclusive Orthodontic practice since 2009.She provides high quality Orthodontic care and is well versed with all the modalities of Orthodontic treatment including Metal & aesthetic ceramic braces, Preventive Orthodontics , Interceptive Orthodontics, Jaw growth modulation in children, Lingual (Invisible) Orthodontics & Clear aligner therapy.

Her expertise includes the newer techniques such as self-ligating braces as well as Temporary anchorage devices (Mini-implants) in Orthodontics.She is experienced in the treatment of both adults and children requiring all range of orthodontic care as well as multi disciplinary care such as Orthognathic surgery, Hypodontia (missing teeth) and pre-implant Orthodontics.

She has been a part of patient education programs in Schools and a news paper article on Oral hygiene awareness and maintains a keen interest in community outreach programs.

She received her Masters in Dental Surgery (Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics) from the prestigious S.D.M College of Dental Sciences, India followed by Diploma in Membership in Orthodontics, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK.Dr Deepti currently holds Specialist Orthodontist licenses in Abu Dhabi , Oman & India.

Orthodontist

Dr. Yash joins ICDE as a Specialist Orthodontist with an experience of over 7 years. He is a certified provider of US-based Invisalign clear aligner treatment system and is also trained in multiple CAD-CAM based lingual orthodontic appliance systems including the German Incognito braces. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the World Federation of Orthodontists.

Dr. Yash graduated from India in 2006 with Honors, as a distinguished recipient of the Vice-Chancellor’s Certificate of Merit for Academic Excellence and subsequently earned his Master’s Degree in Orthodontics from the prestigious Government Dental College as a Gold Medalist of the Goa University in 2010.

Being an ardent advocate of ‘Learner for Life’ philosophy, Dr. Yash completed an advanced training in Lingual Orthodontics, Micro Implant Anchorage and Surgical Orthodontics at the Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea in 2014. He recently completed a mini-residency stint at the prestigious UConn Dental School, University of Connecticut, USA (2017) to further hone his orthodontic skills for accelerated treatment options for adults.

In-spite of an extensive clinical practice, Dr. Yash has published widely, having to his credit; books and articles in national and international scientific journals including the World Journal of Orthodontics. He has also served as an International Reviewer for the prestigious US based Angle Orthodontist journal and has been invited as a guest speaker at several national and international orthodontic conferences.

Dr. Yash believes in “Practice Passion in Orthodontics” and specializes in treating children with preventive and interceptive orthodontics, and adults with contemporary and esthetic treatment modalities.

Implantology

Dr. Syed Khusro, the Oral Implantologist and Dental Surgeon has about 14 years of
experience in India, Saudi Arabia and UAE. Dr. Syed received his Masters of Science in
Implantology and Dental Surgery from Germany.
He is one of the very few dentists who has been awarded the Privilege of Implantology by
Department of Health, Abu Dhabi. Dr. Syed is also a speaker for Biohorizon Implant System
(a famous American Implant System) in the GCC and Mena region.
He performs all types of procedures relating to Dental Implantology including advanced
surgical procedures (bone augmentation, sinus lift and computer guided implant
placement). He is well versed in all modalities of surgical procedures.

General & Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Asma is the Pediatirc Dentist at ICDE and has been practicing pediatric dentistry since 2008. She has graduated from Jordan University in Jordan with BDS Degree (Bachelor's in Dental Surgery) in 2007 and has completed her residency programme at the Royal Medical Services in Jordan. Dr. Asma has successfully attained the Jordanian Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry in 2012.

Dr. Asma is dedicated to provide excellent pediatric dental care and building confidence in her patients. Her goal is to help children overcome their fear and anxiety when visiting the dental office and make them reach the point of enjoying their appointment.

Dr. Asma is very well versed in performing dental procedures using Nitrous Oxide which is a very safe and effetive technique to calm the child down and complete the treatment efficiently. 

G.P Dentist

Dr. Alaa obtained a Masters degree in Endodontics (root canal treatment) and Conservative Dentistry from Cairo University, Egypt. He then joined Ajman University of Science & Technology Dental College as a clinical staff member in the Restorative Department. His expertise hugely includes different types of root canal treatment, in addition to cosmetic dentistry, onlays, inlays, and veneers.

G.P. Dentist

Dr. Firas Al-Khoury is both American and Canadian Board certified. He graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology in 2007. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from McGill University as well in 2011. He completed his General Practice Residency at McGill affiliated hospitals in 2012. He was appointed as a clinical instructor to McGill Faculty of Dentistry as well as to the Residency program in 2012. The practice of general dentistry is a very rewarding experience allowing Dr. Al-Khoury to provide his patients with the highest quality of dental care.
